Titanic Beer Dinner at The Rockfish Annapolis April 14

2012 marks the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. To commemorate that fateful night, we’re hosting a Ghosts of the Titanic beer dinner at The Rockfish and recreating the 10-course last supper for the 1,517 souls who met their demise at sea. 

This epic event, on Saturday, April 14, begins with a cocktail hour at 6 pm and seated dinner at 7 pm. Without further pomp, circumstance, and ado, here’s a look at the menu:

First Course: Paired with Garde Dog Biere de Garde 

  • Prosciutto and Melon
  • Oysters

Second Course: Paired with In-Heat Wheat Hefeweizen

  • Comsomme Olga
  • Cream of Barley

Third Course: Paired with Doggie Style Classic Pale Ale

  • Poached Salmon with Mousseline Sauce
  • Cucumbers

Fourth Course: Paired with Raging Bitch Belgian-Style IPA

  • Filet Mignons Lili
  • Saute of Chicken Lyonnaise
  • Vegetable Marrow Farci

Fifth Course: Paired with Snake Dog IPA

  • Lamb, Mint Sauce
  • Roast Duckling, Apple Sauce
  • Sirloin of Beef, Chateau Potatoes
  • Green Pea
  • Creamed Carrots

Sixth Course: Made with Woody Creek Belgian White
