For Mark Burrier, it all starts with a word:
Rare Words is a public art project by Mark Burrier, an illustrator, cartoonist, and designer who lives in and hails from Frederick, Maryland.
Beginning in April, the People’s Republic of Flying Dog submitted their words. Now, Mark is drawing them.
His original art will premiere at Flying Dog Brewery on Saturday, June 2 from 7 to 10 pm. Was your submission chosen? You’ll just have to show up to find out.
