We’re doing a twitter contest this week, in honor of American Craft Beer Week. Here’s the gist. Each day this week, we’ll be posting a tweet asking you what you’re drinking tonight. You will respond to us. Each entry that has @flyingdog and #craftbeer in it along with the American Craft Beer you’re drinking. We will be picking a winner from all the properly formatted entries, and if you’re picked, you win some free shit!
Here’s a properly formatted tweet: @flyingdog We’ll be drinking a bunch of Double Dog this evening! #craftbeer

Chris “Sach” Leidy deserves a gold star, or more likely a free case of beer, for his recent efforts. In a day that would make Mike Rowe from “Dirty Jobs” proud, we had Sach working on some of our equipment.
Brewing beer, if you’re not familiar with the process, can be a pretty dirty job. Especially when you need to work on getting the Cablevey in tip-top shape. For those of you who are uninitiated, the Cablevey is the grain transfer system from the mill in the mill house to the Grist case that is on the roof. The malt is somewhat like flour at that point so that is why Sach has all that white dust all over him.
So Sach battled the Cablevey all day, and in true Flying Dog style, he came out on top.
