Kiki DC Fashion Show
Kiki DC is bringing together Project Runway designers Valerie Mayen and Victorya Hong for a creative night of food, fashion, and DC’s first wearable art competition.
Think paper dresses, colorful jackets made from crushed glass, and bikinis made out of painted bottle caps. More than 25 area artists and fashion designers have been selected to create original wearable art to be modeled on a runway before a panel of celebrity judges. The works are bold and are about “breaking the mold” of traditional fashion in the Nation’s Capital.
We’re stoked to continue our support of local creativity alongside Pyramid Atlantic Art Center, which provides art and education programs in the DC-area to people of all ages and abilities.
